Haan Wheels produces complete wheels for the most popular offroad models. All these wheels are built with the best quality parts available. Our wheels are available in many color combinations for the hubs and rims.

Each wheel set is assembled by our experience wheel builders and tested before shipping.

The Haan Wheels hubs are 100% made in the Netherlands. The hubs are made from 1 piece billet 6082 T6 alloy on the newest CNC machines. Hubs are anodized and available in various colours.

• Hubs are CNC machined from 1 piece billet 6082 T6 alloy.
• Original brake disc and sprocket can be mounted on the hubs.
• Hubs are fitted with Koyo bearing, no special sizes but easy available bearings worldwide.
• Most rear hubs have 3 bearings instead of 2 as some original wheels have
• All 65/85 cc hubs have 32 spokes, all other hubs have 36.
• Center tube and spacer are made of 7075 hard alloy.
• Hubs are delivered with all mounting hardware.
• Haan Wheels hubs are available in Black, Silver, Gold, Yellow, Red, Green, Titanium, Magnesium, Orange and Blue.

Excel Takasago Rims

RK Excel rims are made of 7000 series alloy and are for many years used by almost all top riders. The RK Excel rim keeps on being the best, strongest and most used rim on the market.

Excel A60 Rims

Excel’s A60 rims are 15% stronger than the Excel Takasago rim, while retaining the same low weight.

• A60 rims feature a V-Curve profile that helps reduce mud buildup
• A60 rims can be laced to stock, other brands and our own Haan hubs.
• Available sizes: 21×1.60, 18×2.15, 19×1.85 and 19×2.15

• Excel A60 Rims are available in Black

Our spokes are made from a special stainless steel and up to 30% stronger than OEM spokes. The spokes are made to measure in our factory, so we are able to make spoke kits for different brands and types and also for older bikes.

• Up to 30% stronger than original spokes.
• Spoke kits are supplied with matching nipples.
• The Haan black spokes are the same spokes as the stainless and are treated with a chemical coating.
• Haan Wheels spokes are available in Black or Stainless.
• Nipples are available in Black, Silver, Gold, Red, Green, Orange and Blue.
