Nihilo Concepts High Volume Water Pump Kit
Nihilo Concepts has been making billet aluminum water pump impellers for the Factory teams for many years. All of the OEM KTM’s and Husqvarna’s come with a two piece plastic impeller which is sufficient in most cases however the extreme demands of a top racers require more durability and performance from their cooling system.
The new Nihilo “Efficient Flow Water Pump Kit” for the KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 85 is the answer to cooling issues on the 2018 - 2021. The design of the impeller is different than the OEM design and is designed to move water more efficiently when power fluctuates. The stock design is good for moving water at steady RPM but falls short when RPM’s vary like they do on a Motocross bike. Varying RPM’s can cause a less efficient flow to the cooling system. The Nihilo Billet Water Pump cover has been internally modified to improve flow and consistency. The most important thing about a cooling system is maintaining a consistent steady flow so the radiators can extract heat efficiently. The new Nihilo kit does just that and does it with increased strength and performance. Now the same cooling system technology used on the Factory bikes is available to everyone with the new Nihilo Concepts “Efficient Flow Water Pump Kit” for the 2018 KTM/Husqvarna 85’s

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
