Measure before choosing your size
The size guide below applies to both Black/Carbon and White/Carbon. POD sizes the K8 3.0 by knee circumference and knee width, not thigh circumference. Do not use a thigh measurement to select a size from this chart.
- Knee circumference: Stand in a weight-bearing position with your leg fully straight. Use a soft tape measure or string to measure around your knee directly underneath the kneecap.
- Knee width: In the same standing, fully straight position, measure across the centre of your kneecap using a POD sizing tool or calipers.
- Confirm the fit: Try the brace on, walk and bend your leg to help it settle. POD specifies a comfortably snug fit. If you are between sizes, POD recommends going up a size. Measurements are a guide because knee shapes vary; fitting and adjustment by a suitable healthcare provider or POD dealer is recommended.
Tight versus relaxed fit: POD does not publish separate tight-fit and relaxed-fit measurement ranges in its sizing guide. Use the standing, fully straight measuring position above and aim for a comfortably snug brace, rather than choosing a smaller size for extra tightness. If the two measurements point to different sizes, ask for fitting assistance before ordering.

POD Knee Sleeve compatibility
POD's KX Knee Sleeves are designed to be worn with its knee braces. The extra-long sleeves fold over the brace and cover the top and bottom Velcro straps to help prevent slipping and catching on pant liners. Match the sleeve size to your brace using the table above.

Our return policy allows exchanges or refunds for new, unused items within the first 10 days of delivery, with all manufacturer's packaging and an external shipping box. Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
