The all-new Kove 800X Rally is here to redefine what an adventure bike can do. With more power at your fingertips and a dry weight that’s about 100 pounds lighter than the leading models on the market, this bike is set to change the game.
At its core, the 800X boasts a 799cc DOHC Parallel Twin engine, delivering an impressive 95 horsepower, with Bosch EFI ensuring precise fueling.
The Kove 800X Rally impresses just as much in its chassis design. The standout feature? Its incredibly light weight—the 800X Rally tips the scales at just 364 pounds dry, making it the lightest ADV bike in its class. With a weight advantage of 70 to 100 pounds over other top models, this difference translates to greater agility, endurance, and enjoyment on the ride.
This isn’t just a bike that looks ready for rugged terrain; it’s built like a dirt bike on a grand scale! Outfitted with wheels and suspension designed for serious off-roading, the 800X Rally is prepared for the toughest trails.
The front fork is a 49mm Yu-Ann, borrowed from the 450 Rally but specifically tuned for the 800, held securely by a billet triple clamp with an integrated Steering Stabilizer. In the rear, a linkage-equipped Yu-Ann piggyback shock offers adjustable high-speed and low-speed compression as well as rebound damping.
For braking power, the 800X Rally features a single 310mm disc up front, bringing the bike to a quick stop when needed. Its ABS system offers flexible options: choose from On, Front-Wheel ABS Only, or Off entirely—and if you stop briefly using the kill switch, it retains the last ABS setting when restarted. True off-road wheels with heavy-duty spokes are equipped to handle UHD tubes or mousses for added durability.
Completing the setup is a 5-gallon fuel tank, providing up to 250 miles of range on a single fill-up. Integrated crash bars and a skid plate offer added protection, while the windscreen ensures good wind deflection and shields the clear digital TFT display.

Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
