KOVE has managed to achieve a flawless equilibrium; combining the nimbleness of a lightweight structure with an off-road suspension, all complemented by long-distance ergonomics and rally-raid aesthetics.
The 450 RALLY isn’t merely inspired by the rally; it’s rally-INHERENT! Built from the ground up as a competitive rally motorcycle, capable of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the most premium factory race bikes, the KOVE 450 RALLY is primed and ready to accompany you on your next thrilling adventure!
Fueling the pulse of the KOVE 450 RALLY is a robust 449cc DOHC single engine, cooled by a pair of large radiators, each outfitted with its own electric fan. Additionally, an external oil cooler maintains the engine’s lifeblood at optimal temperatures while offering extra oil capacity for prolonged service intervals. The bike’s fuel management is deftly carried out by a fuel injection system, regulated by a high-grade Bosch ECU.
The motor of the KOVE 450 RALLY is nestled within a steel semi-perimeter frame that holds three individual fuel tanks. Ensuring hours of comfortable journey, a long, flat seat graces the top of the bike. To inspect the air filter, a simple pull on the seat release cable lets the seat snap off, exposing a large foam air filter element securely positioned high to shield it from water and dust.
Supporting the 450 RALLY are fully adjustable 49mm YU-AN forks along with a corresponding YU-AN reservoir monoshock, offering a 10” suspension travel on the Low Seat model.
For those adventures that take you into the twilight hours, high-intensity LED lights ensure your path remains well-lit, making sure your journey can carry on unimpeded, no matter the time.

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
