Alpinestars Supertech M3 Solid Helmet
Engineered for MX, Enduro, and off-road riding, the S-M3 Helmet integrates advanced technologies and innovations designed to enhance ease of use, comfort, and impact protection.
Features:
- Advanced Shell Construction: This helmet features a thermo-injected shell incorporating a special polymer blend enhanced by varying degrees of thickness that is engineered to deliver the optimal combination of impact protection and lightweight. The SM3 medium weighs 1430 g (ECE) and 1460 g (DOT)
- Ventilation: Maximized ventilation and high levels of heat transfer exchange thanks to 10 inlets and seven exhaust ports
- Rotational Acceleration Force Protection: Alpinestars patented low-friction coating is applied to the inner part of the main EPS liner to reduce the rotational acceleration forces that can result from certain oblique impacts. This layer essentially acts as a slip plane to mimic the brain's own low-friction cerebrospinal fluid, which is the body's natural defense against oblique impacts
- Visor Release: Patented visor release system ensures the visor is released with the correct pre-determined amount of force, effectively reducing the forces on the rider's neck during an impact
Protection:
- Alpinestars has introduced a new in-house standard for the SM3 helmet to test the helmet's chin to conditions heavier than the homologation standard, and in order to pass the Alpinestars' new standards, the shell thickness and the structure of the helmet design itself have both been optimized on the chin area for superior impact performance
- The inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts
- Equipped with an Emergency Release System and removable cheek pads to permit the safe and easy removal of the cheek pads while the helmet is still on, while the 3D contoured foam ensures rider comfort
- Soft textile chin strap is 25 mm for optimal safety and rider comfort
- Stainless steel D-rings ensure a tight and secure fit
- The SM3 helmet conforms to both DOT certification and ECE 2206 homologation for use worldwide
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
