- Dual density co-injected frame for a supportive structure with unrivaled comfort and adaptability — engineered with a scooped lower extension made from a soft polymeric blend to avoid any pressure points associated with a hard edge from occurring as a result of the boot pushing against the protector
- The same scooped design is also applied to the upper extension, preventing the protector from digging into the skin and causing discomfort while riding
- Controlled natural movement — Dual Gear System (DGS), with integrated gear profiles in both the upper and lower frames that ensure a smooth hinge function to promote natural articulation of the knee

- Knee protector: EN 1621-1:2012 LEVEL 1
- Constructed from a USDA Biobased viscoelastic material, which is molded into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energy
- The Patella System is engineered to offer full coverage of the knee cup regardless of the degree of extension, while the rigid outer Patella System shell prevents injuries from handlebar strikes
- The upper and lower frame's integrated dual pivot hinge system follows the natural movement of the knee and keeps the protector well positioned while riding
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
