Arai XD-5 Discovery Graphic Helmet
3D Logo Duct with two 10mm holes placed 65mm apart just above the reinforcing Super Fiber Belt. Peak position helps with airflow, so even on bikes with large windscreens it can still be effective.
Based on the XGR Spoiler on the Contour-X, the new AR Spoiler is ideal for long ADV touring with three 10mm holes under.
Reshaped hyper-ridge and flat spot on shell for easy communication device installation. Interior pockets to manage excess radio cords make device installation simple and easy.
High flow, low drag adjustable peak. Easy to remove with just the touch of a button. No additional parts necessary to change to an on-road style.
Shield radius follows the shape of the helmet providing heightened glancing off ability for rider performance over ease or cost of production. MAX-Vision cavity shield with Pinlock 120 lens included.
All new shield system design following the precedent of the full face and RAM-X VAS systems of increasing the amount of shell surface to improve glancing off ability. The XD5 has evolved toward a rounder smoother shape.
The XD5 uses Arai’s one-piece multi-density EPS liner with as many as 5 different densities in one liner, setting the ideal level of density according to each impact area.
New PB-cLc2 shell made of our proprietary in-house Super Fiber and has a reinforcing Super Fiber Belt that contributes to crack prevention and increased shell strength.
Three Ways to Style Your Ride Change styles without needing tools. The XD5 features a more open eye-port to not interfere with goggles. 3D Logo Duct allowed the brow vents to be removed. Changing to an on-road style requires no additional parts.
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
