Bullet Proof Designs Swingarm Guard

Protect your KTM Dirt Bike at one of the weakest locations on the bike. The chain guide tabs are part of the cast swingarm design, and they are the thinnest, lowest part taking a massive amount of stress over and over through impacts direct to the chain guide. This impact is even more pronounced if you are running a larger/stronger aftermarket chain guide that has a larger overall surface area to come into contact with rocks, roots and other trail debris. Our Bullet Proof Designs Swingarm Guard protects those vulnerable chain guide tabs by bridging the gap between the two tabs and creating a rigid guard that disperses the impact across the entire guard instead of directly to the chain guide tabs. If the chain guide tabs are damaged, the swingarm will need to be replaced, or repaired which is costly. Prevent costly damage by installing our Bullet Proof Designs Swingarm Guard.

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
