The Team at GritShift has been trying to find a functional and appealing direct mount stem with a rise, to help the ergonomics on the Sur Ron, Segways, And Talaria's, we were unsuccessful. So we have created our own! The GritShift Direct Mount Stem Features a 2" rise from the top crown and 1 piece handlebar clamp, this helps ensure everything is square and perfectly aligned. This stem was designed with the facts, Your E-Bike is heavier and faster than what most mountain bike parts were intended to be used for. This helps to ensure longtime use and function for parts on your e-bike, There made specifically for them. We aimed for the perfect combination of strength, weight, and value. All products are tough enough for extreme conditions and light enough for racing applications. Every product is tested to destruction in the shop and for function on the trails by our riders and team.

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
