The Dropframe Pro Grid Helmet is a game-changing, open-face 3/4 enduro helmet. It features Mips®, the BOA® Fit System for class-leading fit and security, increased ventilation, plus an Ionic+® antimicrobial liner and cheek pads to optimize fit. With its increased coverage for the ears, jaw, and back of the head, this MTB helmet provides the most complete coverage we offer in an open-face helmet.

- Mips® added protection system has been proven to reduce the rotational motion when implemented in a helmet by absorbing and redirecting energies and forces otherwise transmitted to the brain
- Dual-density Varizorb™ EPS provides improved protection by spreading forces of impact across a wider area
- 8 Big Bore vents and 7 exhaust vents keep you cool and aid in moisture management
- The securely fixed visor is positioned to channel airflow into the Big Bore vents
- Removable antimicrobial and moisture-wicking liner
- Includes additional pads for custom dialed fit
- Sizes: small, medium, and large (see size guide for measurements)
- BOA® dial: micro adjustments - counterclockwise to loosen, clockwise to tighten - allows for a precisely dialed fit. Adjust while wearing the helmet.
- Back cradle: four points of adjustment move the cradle up or down your head to ensure the best fit possible.
- Comes with additional cheek pads and liners for a personalized fit
- Select thinner or thicker pads to achieve a tighter or looser fit according to your preferences
- Materials: 22% ABS, 21% EPS, 15% polycarbonate, 13% polyurethane, 9% pa, 14% nylon, 6% polyester

Note: Avoid exposure to aerosol sprays like bug repellent and sunscreens as they can cause your helmet's finish to peel.
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.
- The original order will be treated as a refund.

Write your RMA number on the exterior of your shipping package. -
Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
