FRAME PLATFORM
The MXC 6 chassis is a 140mm-travel, carbon frame that features a size-specific rear-end for optimal riding dynamics. Progressive geometry, mixed wheels, and durable covers offer innovative protection.
SRAM Eagle Powertrain
The new SRAM Eagle Powertrain leads the way with 90Nm of torque, 680W peak power, auto-shift and coast-shift functions. The 630Wh battery and the optional 250Wh Range Extender balance weight and range.
DVO powered by WP
The complete chassis features DVO powered by WP suspension with innovative cone valve technology and 160mm travel via a beefy 38mm front fork and a 140mm rear air shock.

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.
- The original order will be treated as a refund.
- You can place the new order ASAP to secure availability and quick delivery.

Write your RMA number on the exterior of your shipping package. -
Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
