Nihilo 250/300 Timing/Deck Tool
STAINLESS STEEL 2009-2016 - 2017-2021 TPI
Nihilo has designed a new deck and power Valve tool for the KTM and Husqvarna 250 and 300 Two Strokes. The service manual shows you how to adjust the deck height or “X”- distance for the piston protrusion and the “Z” –distance from the lower edge of the power valve flap to the upper edge of the cylinder. There is no need for a special depth gauge or the OEM tool, the Nihilo tool does it all in one. The stainless Steel tool is strong and will last a life time, all the distances are precision laser cut into the tool so there is no need for a depth gauge. Both the 250 and 300 adjustments are on the same tool the 300 is marked with a V cut out on the edge of the power valve adjustment, the X distance is the same for both bikes.

New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
