The KTM 65 is an awesome machine and the leader in its class throughout the world but just like any bike there are always a few things that can be changed to make it even better. One issue that Nihilo has found with some KTM 65’s is the power valve. The stock part has been known to break at the connection between the stem and paddle leaving the rider stranded with very low power at the mid to top range. Nihilo’s engineers took a hard look at the problem and came up with a solution that will eliminate the power valve issue once and for all. Some of you may be familiar with Nihilo’s KTM 50 Clutch bolt system developed for the 2009-2017 KTM 50’s. Nihilo engineers came up with a stud and nut system as a way to stop the stock bolts from breaking off and as many of you know it worked perfectly. With the new Nihilo Concepts KTM 65 Power Valve the same technology is used eliminating the aluminum treaded portion of the paddle and providing a hardened steel stud to attach the shaft to the paddle. This system eliminates any chance of breakage at the connection. Care was taken to keep the weight the same as stock so the power valve system will operate with the stock spring and clam shell. Because the new power valve is made from the same type of material and the external design is the same as the stock part. New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
