In 2013 KTM came out with a new improved clutch for the KTM 50’s while it is a very good system the engineers at Nihilo found a few things that needed improvement. On the inside of the clutch assembly there are 6 pins that the clutch plates slide on, the stock pins can become notched just like a clutch basket. This will cause the plates to bind and adversely affect clutch performance. Nihilo machines new pins to exacting tolerances and then coats them with a special Nickel Boron hard coating that has one of the hardest ratings on the Rockwell scale. This coating not only provides extreme hardness but improves lubricity which allows the plates to slide with less friction. Next time you’re inspecting you clutch replace your worn out pins with Nihilo’s new hardened pins.

New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
