PLEASE NOTE: In Late 2021 / Early 2022, FMF redesigned its popular FMF Fatty/Gnarly Pipes 025241 / 025242 / 025243 but did NOT change the Product Numbers (i.e. they stayed numbered as 025241/ 025242 / 025243). We call these redesigned Fatty / Gnarly Pipes: "Second Generation".
As a result of this change, we made a new Pipe Guard (101072) for the "Second Generation" Fatty / Gnarly Pipes. This Product, 101071 MAXCoverage Pipe Guard, fits the First Generation (pre-Late 2021 / Early 2022) of the 025241 / 025242 /025243.
How do you tell which Generation / version you have? If your Pipe has a flat oval "face" on the pipe (See Picture) then it is the "2nd Generation" FMF Fatty / Gnarly and you need Pipe Guard 101072. If it does not have the the flat oval "face" then use this product, Product 101071!
Please note that our Standard (non-MAXCoverage) FMF Pipe Guard, 101067-FMF, will work with the First AND Second Generation FMF Fatty / Gnarly Pipes.

This MAXCoverage guard fits 2019-2022 250/300 SX/XC and TC/TX 250/300 models. Will Fit 2020 250/300 TPI or TE250i/TE300i/TX300I with FMF Fatty / Gnarly Pipe 025241 / 025242 / 025243
Also fits the 2021-2022 GasGas EC250, EX300 and EC300
Does NOT fit 2019 250/300 TPI or TE250i/TE300i TPI models (Use 101066-fmf).

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Write your RMA number on the exterior of your shipping package. -
Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
