The STACYC 16hDRIVE is an Electric-Powered Balance Bike that helps children 4+ years old develop skills and confidence to get them outside creating experiences with their family and friends.
The STACYC 16hDRIVE is perfect for kids with a 20”+ inseam, weighing less than 75 lbs. The 250W brushless rear hub motor quietly drives the bike without a chain, delivering access to endless fun and riding opportunities. Paired with STACYC’s removable power-tool style battery connection, you can quickly and easily snap on a fresh battery to keep the fun going – no need to lug the entire bike to a power source for charging.

THE PROCESS
Your child can learn to push, balance, and coast in the non-powered mode. Then, graduate them to the powered mode as they show proficient use and understanding of the brake and the ability to maintain balance while coasting. Start them off on a speed similar to the speed they can push the non-powered version, then as they master the twist throttle, long coasts turn into constant use of the throttle and endless giggles. The STACYC 16hDRIVE allows them to develop at their own pace, eventually working their way up to medium and advanced speed modes when ready; unlocking a whole world of discovery.
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Write your RMA number on the exterior of your shipping package. -
Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
