Stallion Sahara Moto Sealant repairs puncture up to 1/2" in diameter in your motorcycle, ATV, quad, side-by-side, dirt bike, or moped tires. Can be installed as a preventative in advance, or you can carry it with you for trailside repairs.
Sahara Moto Sealant seals around nails, bolts, glass, and other debris. In addition to tread punctures, Sahara can also stop bead leaks and seal the inner liner to help maintain correct air pressure.
TPMS compatible sealant
Because this sealant is safe for use with TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) it can be injected right through the valve.
Repairs moto tire punctures
Fixes punctures in motorcycle tires up to 1/2" in diameter on the fly when installed as a preventative. Can also be used for repairing punctured tires, simply install the sealant and inflate as normal.
Protectant for moto tires
Stallion Sahara Moto protects the tire casing from heat, UV, and oxidation damage, as well as lowers the operating temperature of tires thus extending lifespan and durability. Sahara Moto helps maintain correct air pressure which improves fuel economy.
Accredited and tested by ARDL
Stallion is the only tire casing product tested and approved by the ARDL, one of the most recognized labs in the world for the testing of tires and rubber.
Easy cleanup, non-toxic ingredients
Stallion's Sahara Moto formula is non-toxic, biodegradable, and uses environmentally friendly ingredients. It also washes out with water for easy cleanup.
Large temperature range
Sahara Moto sealant operates between -58°F to 370°F (-50°C to 188°C). It won't freeze, regardless of the exterior air temperature, and is compatible with standard compressed air as well as nitrogen, providing you with flexibility in re-inflation options.
How much sealant should I use?
Please refer to the PDF below. Increase tubeless tire amount by 25% in tube type tires.

Note: It is highly recommended to apply Sahara Moto in new tubes only, because the old tubes may contain contaminated water or other ballast/sealant liquids that will interfere with the performance of Sahara Moto. Not to be used as a puncture repair in tubes or pinched tubes.

New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
