Troy Lee Designs Rockfight CE Flex Chest Protector
This isn’t your typical chest pro. The RockFight CE FLEX is a chest protector built to withstand whatever the elements throw at you. Taking our RockFight base with built in EPP that manages low speed impacts and combining it with a removable, flexible D3O back insert for hard impacts we’ve shattered safety standards all while keeping a slim, breathable, lightweight profile.

- CE EN14021 :2003 Stone Shield for proven protection from roost and other lofted debris on chest only
- Flexible D3O back insert exceeds CE EN1621-2 :2014 Level 1 for impact absorption
- Helmet technology inside advanced integrated EPP in key impact zones on chest
- Form fit side flex plates, fully adjustable fore/aft shoulder straps and removable shoulder pads allow neck brace compatibility on most models
- Featherweight construction and streamlined form fit for reduced rider fatigue and sub jersey fitment
- Ultra-ventilated protective plates coupled w/ engineered channeled bio-foam allow increased laminar airflow
Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Easy Return Shipping
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
