Select your desired compression ratio from the drop down menu. All designs will work with stock base gaskets and cylinder heights and offer significant improvements over stock heads.
LOW COMPRESSION (suits EXC/XC and TE/TX models): This new Low comp design is slightly lower than the previous Med comp 250 design. It is best used for applications where the engine is revving very hard OR where there isnt much need for extra bottom end power. It is higher comp than the stock EXC/TE enduro heads and it is suited to the enduro models only.
MEDIUM COMPRESSION (suits EXC/XC and TE/TX models + high revving SX/TC Models): The new Med comp insert is slightly higher than the previous Med comp insert. It is the best all-round design for the majority of enduro riders from 0-1000m. It can also be used on the SX/TC models where they are revving very hard and require smooth mid and lots of overrev.
HIGH COMPRESSION (suits SX and TC models or enduo over 1000m elevation): The new High comp design is slightly higher than the previous high comp design. It is best suited to SX/TC models as it is only slightly higher than the stock SX/TC heads. It can also be used on the enduro models at altitude above 1000m.
VERY HIGH COMPRESSION (All models above 1500m elevation): The new Very High comp insert is designed for use at high elevation only. It can be used on either SX/TC or EXC/TE models above 1500m.
Our new TSP billet cylinder heads are machined from solid 6061 T6 stock and offer improved performance, reliability and fuel economy. They are the best bolt on mod you can buy for your bike! Our design offers better heat dissipation than many other 2 piece designs due to the large lower section which incorporates the combustion chamber… this allows heat from combustion to disperse over a larger area than other 2 piece designs for improved heat transfer to the coolant.
These CNC machined 2 piece heads feature TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs and are a MUST HAVE mod for most current model offroad bikes. Our combustion chamber designs have been used by hundreds of happy customers and have been extensively dyno tested… the gains are consistent and include: increased power throughout the rev range (especially bottom/mid), improved fuel economy, greatly reduced risk of detonation, increased top end life in many models, and much SMOOTHER power delivery.
The unique CNC design has been 100% developed, machined and tested in-house at TSP.
These CNC heads will bolt onto your standard cylinder and are designed to work with standard base gaskets.

New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
