This CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM150SX/XC-W and Husky TC/TE150 2016-on models and fits into the stock cylinder head outer part. It features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top as well as reduced risk of detonation. Although it signs off slightly earlier in the overrev it will be easier on hill climbs, easier to lift the front and faster corner to corner due to the increased torque up to 12,000rpm.
The head insert is designed to work with the stock base gasket thickness and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range. It has been designed and tested to work with 98 RON fuel and will also suit higher octane FIM spec fuels.
All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.

New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
