There is no section of the track too hard for the WP XPLOR PRO 6500 cartridge and with the input of the latest motorsport knowhow this Cartridge will take you all the way to the top. The built-in WP CLOSED CARTRIDGE TECHNOLOGY with its pressurized compartments guarantees a consistent damping performance and prevents loss of damping on repeated shots. Thanks to the numerous and externally adjustable settings, you are always perfectly adapted to all off-road demands even when conditions change at the last minute. The XPLOR PRO 6500 Cartridge was developed to easily upgrade your bike by utilizing the standard fork rods of your endure and improve your riding experience.

Setting
Item is delivered with basic setting KTM 250 EXC TPI, 300 EXC TPI, 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F, further settings can be found under documents.

When used with OEM shock, we recommend the following shock settings:
- 12187T61ASL1 for KTM 150 EXC

- 18157T69ASL1 for all other Husqvarna and GasGas Enduro models

Motorcycle Unit Shipping Policy
Shipping of motorcycle units is only allowed for specific cases. Please contact our sales team to check eligibility and payment process.
New and unused items within the first 10 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned with all manufacturer’s packaging and placed inside an external shipping box.
Important: Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be sent back to sender without a refund.
Helmets & Apparel
Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots, or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
Vehicle Parts
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

The cost for return shipping is a flat $25 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you will need to place a second order for the new item.

Write your RMA number on the exterior of your shipping package. -
Ship your package
Take your package to a Canada Post outlet. We will contact you once we receive your return. You will see your monetary refund within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.
Return Exemptions
Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:
- Chemicals that are open.
- Certain electronic items: only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
- Acid-filled batteries.
- Due to customs fees on returns, international sales are final.
